| Realtor Affiliate Program |
Realtor affiliates agree to give the Hero clients a rebate of 25% of their company gross commission.
This is similar to the referral fees paid for exchanging leads, throughout the country… same dollars - just distributed differently. Instead of paying it to a Realtor, it goes to the Hero!! |

| Lender Affiliate Program |
Lender Affiliates agree to charge no more than 1/2% on the loan origination fee or a similar discount if an origination fee is not charged. |

| Affiliate Membership Fees |
A one-year membership in the Homes for Heroes Affiliate Program is $120.00 per month + .15% of the selling price on Hero transactions. That includes use of the Homes for Heroes brand, Marketing Materials and Support. |
