Since its inception in 2015, the Heroes Served Club has been a testament to the unwavering commitment of real estate agents and mortgage lenders who dedicate themselves to serving our nation’s heroes. These professionals go beyond traditional real estate services, offering significant savings and personalized support to those who serve our communities: firefighters, EMS personnel, law enforcement officers, active military and veterans, healthcare professionals, and teachers.
The Purpose Behind the Heroes Served Club
The Heroes Served Club was established to recognize and honor the extraordinary achievements of local Homes for Heroes real estate and mortgage specialists who have made a profound impact in their communities.
In support of Homes for Heroes’ mission to give back to those who dedicate their lives to serving others, these real estate and lending professionals assist heroes in buying, selling, or refinancing their homes. In addition, when heroes work with them to close on a home or mortgage, the hero receives substantial financial savings that averages $3,000 per transaction.
Inductee Recognition
New inductees into the Heroes Served Club are announced biannually, celebrating milestones at four distinguished levels:
- 100 Heroes Served
- 250 Heroes Served
- 500 Heroes Served
- 1,000 Heroes Served
These milestones reflect the level of heroes each Homes for Heroes real estate and lending specialist has assisted or recently surpassed, showcasing their dedication and impact within their communities.
Who Qualifies for the Heroes Served Club?
The Heroes Served Club is exclusive to Homes for Heroes real estate and mortgage specialist members who have demonstrated exceptional service to heroes in their communities. Eligibility is determined by the number of heroes served, with each level representing a significant commitment to the mission of giving back.
Achieving Heroes Served Club Status
Homes for Heroes specialists reach these esteemed milestones through a combination of dedication, strategic marketing, and community engagement:
- Consistent Outreach – Engaging with local hero groups through events, seminars, and personalized communication.
- Strategically Targeted Marketing Strategies – Using hero campaigns that resonate with hero audiences, highlighting the benefits and savings offered.
- Exceptional Service – Providing a seamless and supportive real estate and/or lending experience, and through understanding the unique needs of each hero.
- Drive to Give Back – Specialists are truly passionate about giving back to their local heroes as a way to say, “Thank you for your service”.
Fueling the Circle of Giving
Each of the heroes served by these outstanding club inductees also helped to fund the Homes for Heroes Circle of Giving.
The for-profit Homes for Heroes Circle of Giving helps to fund the nonprofit Homes for Heroes Foundation. When a hero works with a Homes for Heroes local specialist like these outstanding individuals to buy or sell a home, Homes for Heroes, Inc. donates a portion of its earnings to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. This allows the Homes for Heroes Foundation nonprofit to award grants to organizations who support heroes during a time of need.
That means the hero that bought or sold a home had an influence in supporting the well-being of other fellow heroes.
