The VP of Affiliate Memberships will be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and organizational growth while working as part of the sales team that drives the growth and excellence of our affiliate program. This role leads the territory management team to achieve ambitious revenue goals, maximize affiliate engagement, and foster long-lasting partnerships. Key responsibilities include developing and executing impactful sales strategies, optimizing territory performance, cultivating strong affiliate relationships, building a high-performing sales team, and collaborating across departments to ensure program success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Actively contribute to executive leadership, shaping company strategy and direction in alignment with our values.
Territory Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire a team of territory team members to achieve ambitious performance targets and maintain exceptional affiliate relationships, fostering a positive and team-driven environment.
- Make strategic decisions regarding team structure, resource allocation, and talent management to optimize performance and ensure adequate coverage for each territory.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
Revenue Growth: Develop and execute innovative strategies that accelerate revenue growth and expand the affiliate network, always staying driven by cause and data.
- Analyze territory data, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize performance and capitalize on opportunities within each territory.
- Develop and implement programs to motivate both affiliates and Territory Managers, driving sales and program engagement.
Affiliate Growth: Champion affiliate success by overseeing onboarding, performance management, and ongoing support initiatives, demonstrating a caring approach.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new affiliates, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and resources to effectively represent the Homes for Heroes program.
- Gather and analyze affiliate feedback to identify areas for improvement in program offerings, support, and overall experience.
Performance Optimization: Cultivate a data-driven culture to analyze territory health metrics, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the overall health and productivity of assigned territories.
- Implement strategies to improve affiliate engagement and satisfaction within each territory.
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, advocating for their needs and maintaining a positive and collaborative partnership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to ensure program success and alignment with company-wide goals, fostering a spirit of togetherness and teamwork.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Proven leader with 10+ years of experience managing sales and/or customer support teams, with a demonstrated track record of success in building and scaling affiliate programs.
- Deep understanding of affiliate program dynamics, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance optimization strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams to exceed expectations.
- Must align on core values.

- Real Estate and/or Lending industry knowledge is strongly recommended.

Location Requirements
This position is 100% remote for candidates residing in one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, and Texas.
Candidates must have access to reliable internet services with enough bandwidth to accommodate an omnichannel solution.
Schedule Requirements
This position is expected to work within core business hours and occasionally requires participation in after-hours work to meet deadlines and sales goals.
